Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Quality Engineer to ensure product quality across incoming inspections, refurbishment processes, supplier operations, and customer feedback. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quality assurance, supplier quality management, root cause analysis, product audits, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular testing and inspection of incoming finished products.
- Identify non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with vendors.
- Conduct product quality audits on refurbishment and production lines.
- Prepare, maintain, and update quality reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Visit customer sites to analyze product issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve design- and quality-related concerns.
- Investigate field failures and recommend product quality improvements.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in agile quality activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Train customer service teams on quality procedures and product knowledge.
- Provide performance feedback and guidance to customer support agents.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or customer quality roles.
- Experience working with manufacturing, refurbishment, or consumer product environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
