Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales franchise onboarding and coordination processes.
Act as a bridge between franchise partners and internal departments.
Coordinate with architecture, operations, training, and sales teams for smooth franchise execution.
Ensure timely sharing of layouts, approvals, branding requirements, and project updates.
Maintain regular follow-ups with franchise partners regarding setup progress.
Resolve franchise queries and provide operational support whenever required.
Track project timelines and ensure coordination for center launch activities.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and update management on franchise progress.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Required Skills
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good understanding of franchise operations and post-sales processes.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
