About the Role: Support portfolio governance, procurement performance monitoring, and process enhancement initiatives.Assist in managing procurement portfolios, tracking key metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership team in analyzing and continuously improving KPIs.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team by supporting the team coordinator, ensuring that members are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Responsible for internal and external audits.
- Maintain a critical approach to processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, ensuring process optimization and ongoing development.
- Make an impact on the team, whether through process specialization, team coordination, and/or coordination of projects affecting the area.
- Have a holistic view of the E2E process and understand its impact across P2P teams and other SDUs.
- Seek synergies with other teams and lead potential process improvements at the P2P level.
- Coordinate E2E activities within the Virtual Team (procurement-finance).
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide support for P2P-related tasks across different plants (creation/update of purchase orders, creation/update of vendors).
- Serve as the first point of contact and reference for assigned plants to handle P2P issues (troubleshooting).
- Participate in projects, horizontal topics, and initiatives as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Accountability or similar.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
