- Use data and metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), with a track record of successful hires.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other advanced tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—you can make candidates excited about joining us.
- A consultative approach with hiring managers, balancing speed with quality.
- Comfort with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
