1. Job Purpose
To support departmental activities, learn company processes, maintain quality and safety standards, and assist senior staff in achieving production and operational targets.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction
- Assist the Production Supervisor in daily production activities.
- Monitor production processes and machine operations.
- Follow SOPs, GMP and safety procedures.
- Monitor production targets and minimize process losses.
- Maintain proper production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the production area.
Quality
- Assist the Quality team in routine inspection and testing activities.
- Check products as per approved specifications.
- Follow GMP and quality procedures.
- Record inspection results accurately.
- Report deviations and quality issues to the supervisor.
Maintenance
- Assist maintenance staff in routine machine inspection.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Report machine breakdowns and abnormalities.
- Follow electrical/mechanical safety procedures.
3. Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

6. Reporting
Reports To: Production Manager / Quality Manager / Maintenance Manager
7. Training
The selected candidate will receive training in:
- GMP and personal hygiene
- SOP and work instructions

- Safety procedures
- 5S and housekeeping
- Documentation and reporting

9. Salary
Salary will be as per company policy and based on qualification, skills and performance.
