About the Role
Daftar Decor is looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing construction documentation, and coordinating with architects, designers, MEP consultants, and execution teams for commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for commercial interior fit-out projects using Revit.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, including:
- General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
- Furniture Layouts
- Ceiling Layouts
- Flooring Layouts
- Partition Layouts
- Joinery & Shop Drawings
- Sections and Elevations
- Coordinate BIM models with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Generate BOQs and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and client requirements.
- Identify and resolve design clashes before execution.
- Coordinate with site teams to incorporate design revisions and as-built changes.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Support the design team with accurate and timely project deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of BIM workflows, families, templates, and worksets.
- Ability to prepare detailed construction and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of commercial office interiors and fit-out execution.
- Understanding of interior materials, furniture detailing, ceilings, partitions, and finishes.
- Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
- Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
