Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in residential interiors and villa renovation to lead project planning, scheduling, and tracking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time by coordinating with design, procurement, execution, and customer service teams. This is a leadership role requiring strong planning, monitoring, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and execution schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved as per the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Site Execution, and Customer Relationship teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project status, identify delays, and implement corrective action plans.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization across multiple projects.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure projects remain within the approved cost.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure project documentation, approvals, and change requests are maintained accurately.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid schedule or cost overruns.
- Ensure smooth project handover by coordinating snag rectification and final client approvals.
- Drive continuous improvement in project planning, tracking, and execution processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management within the Interior Fit-Out and Villa Renovationindustry.
- Proven experience managing multiple residential interior projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement planning, and resource management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project priorities effectively.
