Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, product listings, inventory, orders, and dispatch coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Upload product details, images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Monitor and manage stock/inventory.
- Handle order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and replacements.
- Maintain records of orders, stock, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹9,792.34 - ₹34,223.10 per month
