We are seeking a highly motivated, career-driven Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and elevate the guest experience at Taj Restaurant . This is not a "shift-supervisor" role—we need a strategic leader with a proven 5-year track record of controlling P&L, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining flawless health and safety standards. You will act as the right-hand to the General Manager, stepping up in their absence to run the entire business.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
