Job Title: Crowd Funding Manager
Department: Rashtra Nirman – Fundraising Operations
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Reporting To: Project Director / NGO Head
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (as per organizational policy)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Jan Nidhi fundraising team to execute effective crowd funding campaigns for the NGO's initiatives.
- Plan, design, and implement strategic fundraising drives through call center operations, social media outreach, and personal donor engagement.
- Monitor and drive daily, weekly, and monthly donation targets for the telecalling staff.
- Train, motivate, and supervise telecallers to improve donor pitch quality, retention, and conversion.
- Maintain detailed MIS reports on donor interactions, contributions, team performance, and campaign progress.
- Collaborate with the digital and creative teams to develop powerful fundraising messages, posters, and videos for WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Manage donor databases and ensure timely acknowledgments, receipts, and relationship follow-ups.
- Identify new donor segments, corporates, or communities for fundraising expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all donation handling procedures and ethical standards.
- Report regularly to senior management on funding goals, team performance, and required support.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Social Work, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, NGO management, telecalling team management, or sales operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Experience with donor management systems, CRM tools, or Excel-based reporting.
- Passion for social change and commitment to the mission of Rashtra Nirman.
Preferred Qualities:
- Goal-driven, energetic, and highly motivated to achieve results.
- Ability to multitask and manage large-scale campaigns under pressure.
- Empathetic and people-oriented leadership style.
- Familiarity with digital fundraising platforms (Razorpay, Ketto, Milaap, etc.) is a plus.
