Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Billing – Payment Posting
- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Strong understanding of:
- ERA / EOB posting
- Insurance payment workflows
- Denial codes and adjustments
- Good knowledge of US healthcare billing guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Excel knowledge
Qualifications
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
