* Talented candidate having excellent knowledge of Rubber Mixing / compounding done in DIFFERENT COLORS.
* Only from NON-TYRE Industry such as Cots & Aprons, Rubber Rollers, Conveyor Belts, Coated Fabrics, etc.
* Degree in Polymer Technology / Rubber Technology mandatory.
* 10+ years of experience in production, mixing & formulation.
* Hands-on experience with Banbury, Intermix, and Two-Roll mixing mills.
* Having passion for Shop Floor Activities.
* Reporting to the Managing Director of the company.
