We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our night operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle reservations, room allotments, and guest inquiries.
- Operate and maintain guest records using IDS Hotel Management Software.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Perform daily night audit activities and prepare shift reports.
- Monitor lobby activities and ensure guest safety during the night shift.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries professionally.
- Maintain proper documentation and hand over operational updates to the morning shift.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Executive or Receptionist in a hotel.
- Hands-on experience with IDS Hotel Management Software is mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
