Hiring: Head Chef ( Pre-opening property)
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all kitchen operations and food preparation
– Plan menus and maintain food quality and presentation
– Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs
– Ensure hygiene, safety, and kitchen SOPs are followed
– Deliver an exceptional dining experience while maintaining operational efficiency
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen operations
– Passion for quality, consistency, and innovation
