As we establish this new institute, we are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Administration & Operations Manager to lead the institute's day-to-day administration and operational activities, helping build a strong foundation for its long-term success.
Position: Administration & Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage the institute's administrative and operational systems.
Oversee admissions, student registration, and records management.
Coordinate training schedules, faculty, classrooms, and laboratories.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institute.
Supervise administrative, reception, and support staff.
Coordinate with instructors, students, corporate clients, and management.
Manage procurement, inventory, facilities, and vendor relationships.
Monitor fee collection and coordinate with the accounts department.
Ensure compliance with applicable educational, safety, and statutory requirements.
Organize seminars, workshops, industry visits, and certification programs.
Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvement.
Support marketing initiatives, student outreach, and industry partnerships.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and operations, preferably in an educational institution, training centre, or technical organization.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP/Student Management Systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and build systems from the ground up.
