We are seeking a Senior AI Full Stack Developer who can architect, build, and scale this platform.
Role Summary
This is a senior-level, hands-on technical role requiring:
- Deep full-stack development expertise (10+ years)
- Strong AI/LLM/Agentic AI implementation experience
- Enterprise SaaS architecture understanding
- Experience integrating AI with regulated industries (Healthcare, Clinical Trials, Government,
Finance)
- Comfort working in a fast-growing startup environment
The candidate must be capable of translating enterprise workflows and compliance-heavy
business logic into production-ready AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agentic AI Development
- Design and implement AI voice agents, WhatsApp agents, enterprise chatbots, and internal
workflow agents
- Architect and build RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- Work with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Grok, open-source LLMs)
- Convert enterprise-level workflows (healthcare protocols, reimbursement logic, compliance
rules) into AI-driven execution engines
2. Full Stack Platform Engineering
- Lead backend development using Python and Node.js
- Design scalable APIs (REST / GraphQL) for agent interactions
- Build frontend integrations where needed (React / Next.js understanding preferred)
- Understand multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data isolation strategies
- Implement secure data access controls and permission layers
3. Secure Enterprise Data Integration
Connect AI agents to:
○ Internal enterprise databases
○ EMR/EHR systems
○ SharePoint / internal document systems
○ APIs and structured/unstructured datasets
- Ensure no data leakage across tenants
- Design secure ingestion pipelines aligned with SOC 2 and cloud security standards
4. Cloud & Infrastructure (GCP-Focused)
Must have hands-on experience with:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Run, Vertex AI, GKE (if required), BigQuery, Cloud SQL,
IAM policies
- Docker & containerization
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build)
- Infrastructure as Code understanding (Terraform preferred)
5. Compliance & Security
Strong understanding of:
- SOC 2 controls
- Cloud security best practices
- Role-based access controls
- Audit logging
Experience working in regulated domains:
- Healthcare (HIPAA-aligned)
- Clinical trials
- Government environments
6. Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor junior AI developers
- Participate in architecture reviews
Collaborate closely with:
○ Solution Architects
○ Product Managers
○ Security Team
○ Sales Engineering Team
- Act as a technical representative in enterprise and government discussions when required
Required Technical Skills
- 10+ years full-stack development experience
Strong coding in:
Experience building:
- AI chatbots
- Voice AI systems
- Messaging agents (WhatsApp integrations)
- RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
Deep understanding of:
- Generative AI
- LLM fine-tuning
- Prompt engineering
- Agent orchestration frameworks
- Strong API design and database architecture experience
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable SaaS platforms
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare IT or clinical trial software
- Government or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience building end-to-end AI systems for B2B customers
- Startup environment experience
- Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps/PromptOps tools and practices
- GCP Professional Cloud Developer/Architect certification

Within 90 days, this resource should be able to:
- Independently lead AI agent development for at least one enterprise use case
- Deliver production-grade AI services deployed on GCP
- Improve performance, reliability, and security posture of the AI stack
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to architectural direction
Profile Required by Consulting Agency
The consulting partner should provide candidates who:
- Have verified 10+ years of full-stack experience
- Have demonstrable AI/LLM production deployment experience (not just coursework)
- Can explain real enterprise use cases they have built
- Are comfortable working in a high-ownership startup environment
- Are willing to undergo technical architecture discussion and live problem-solving assessment
