Job Purpose:
To operate dairy processing machines safely and ensure milk and milk products are produced as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dairy processing machines as instructed.
- Check the quality of milk before and during processing.
- Monitor machine temperature, pressure, and processing time.
- Clean and sanitize machines and equipment after production.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Record production details in the log sheet.
- Report any machine problems or product quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety rules at all times.
- Help during machine setup and product changeovers.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma, or Any Degree (preferred).
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
