Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Reception: Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, manage courier services, and maintain a tidy, professional reception area.
- Executive Support: Manage calendars and schedules for directors/CEOs, arrange travel (flights, hotels, transport), and prepare meeting agendas/minutes.
- Administration: Handle office inventory, stationery, and pantry supplies, manage Petty Cash, and assist director
- Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and service providers, assist other departments with clerical tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in an administrative role (1–4 years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local languages).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer proficiency.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, well-presented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
