Role and Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be from banking background or have experience in bank domain
- Handling of onboarding related activities pertaining to the Bank/merchant/customers
- Will handle end-to-end processing of the onboarding and other transactions including scrutiny, data entry, scanning, etc.
- Document checking & Verification
- Validating KYC records
- Creating and maintaining KYC records
- Maintaining daily, monthly & yearly data in MIS
- Analyzing customer profiles
Skills:
- Must be very good at using various functionalities of EXCEL application
- Understanding and managing priorities & timeline
- Tracking of cases, pendency and update its on time to internal team
- Handling Customer queries & complaints
- Additional – Chargeback, Recon & Settlement
Office Hours: Mon-Fri
Timings: 10:00- 6:30PM
Onsite only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
