Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth for Material Testing and Capital Equipment solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B industrial sales, managing key accounts, acquiring new customers, and achieving revenue targets within engineering and manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across engineering, steel, metals, manufacturing, and allied industries.
- Promote and sell Material Testing Equipment, Universal Testing Machines (UTM), Hardness Testing Machines, and other capital equipment.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Handle complete sales documentation and order processing.
- Maintain market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B industrial/capital equipment sales.
- Strong experience selling Material Testing Equipment, Universal Testing Machines, Hardness Testing Machines, or similar industrial equipment.
- Proven experience working with engineering goods, steel, metals, manufacturing, or allied industries.
- Experience managing high-value industrial customers.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
