Key Responsibilities
- Testing & Inspection: Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished automotive parts to ensure 100% compliance with dimensions and specifications.
- Automotive Core Tools: Handle PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and actively work on APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plans for new and existing parts.
- Reduce Rejection & Waste: Monitor the shop floor to track component rejection, scrap, and rework rates, and implement strategies to reduce them.
- Customer Complaints & 8D: Investigate customer complaints or component failures on the floor using root-cause analysis tools like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams.
- Gauge & Calibration: Ensure all measuring instruments, fixtures, and gauges on the production floor are calibrated and accurate using MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
