Direct Sales Associate (DSA) – Delhi

About the Role:
Ramco Industries is seeking energetic and motivated Direct Sales Associates (DSAs).
This is a field sales role responsible for promoting and selling Ramco Cement Sheets and Metal Roofing Sheets to retail and construction clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Ramco’s building products to:
- Retailers
- Contractors
- Builders
- Construction professionals
- Conduct regular market visits to:
- Generate leads
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Organize product demos, site visits, and promotional activities
- Ensure timely order collection and coordination with distribution/logistics
- Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and follow-ups
- Share daily sales reports and market insights with the Area Sales Manager
- Support in expanding dealer and retailer networks across Bangalore
Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in building materials/FMCG)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and daily local travel
- Goal-driven and self-motivated personality
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 (₹4.20 LPA CTC)
- Travel Allowance: As per company policy
