Execution on client engagement – Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements
- Determine that the work delivered is of high quality through quality review/ assurance process with respect to complete and accurate documentation of testing results and review others’ documentation according to regulatory guidelines
- Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service
- Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures of the firm
- Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate on a timely basis
- Identify & internally escalate and potential red flags related to the engagement on a timely basis
- Demonstrate industry expertise (detailed understanding of the industry, trends, issues/ challenges and leading practices)
- Preparation of reports/ deliverables/ status updates etc.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, demonstrate an application & solution-based approach.
- Actively establish & strengthen client (functional heads & key influencers) and internal relationships
- Assist Assistant Managers/ Managers and Senior Managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives
- Create a positive learning culture, coaches, and counsels and develops analyst and associates
- Identify & escalate potential business opportunities for the firm on existing client engagements
- Manage engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development
- Attention to detail and mentor young interns and analysts within the practice
- Contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice

- IT General Controls testing (ITGC), in support of SOC audits – including applications, Operating Systems, ERPs and databases by applying the components of relevant frameworks (e.g., COSO, ERM, COBIT, ISO)
- SSAE 16/ SOC 1 testing and reporting – for IT as well as business process controls,
- SOC 2 testing and reporting – for various trust principles and HITRUST engagements
Functional -
- Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Power point etc.) with demonstrated ability to coach young team members on the respective tools

Educational -
Bachelor of Engineering/ B.Tech/ Masters in Business Administration with major in Information Technology & Systems
