Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our PVC/uPVC profile manufacturing plant. The candidate will supervise operators, monitor product quality, maintain production records, control scrap, coordinate with QC, and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality during production and identify defects.
- Supervise machine operators and production workers.
- Ensure adherence to production processes and machine parameters.
- Maintain production, machine, and shift records.
- Monitor and record scrap generation and reasons for rejection.
- Reconcile raw material consumption with production output.
- Coordinate with QC Lab and provide samples every 2 hours as per testing schedule.
- Report quality issues, machine breakdowns, and production deviations.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and discipline on the shop floor.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role.
✅ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, Plastics Technology, or related field preferred.
✅ Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production documentation.
✅ Good understanding of measurements, production calculations, and quality checks.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Preferred
- Experience in PVC/uPVC extrusion, plastic profile manufacturing, or door/window profile production.
- Knowledge of PVC/uPVC raw materials and profile manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with QC testing and laboratory sampling procedures.
- Experience with ERP/software systems.
- Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
