Looking for an experienced Assistant Director for an individual documentary feature film taking place in Mangalore.
Mostly preferred female, but male ADs can also apply if you are knowledgeable about Pili Vesha - Mangalore.
Freshers or students who are getting into the film industry are welcome to apply to this role as you will gain quite an experience on how an individual film set works.
If you are pursuing/ have pursued a degree or diploma in film and media courses, this will be an opportunity for you to showcase to your college/institute.
Requirements-
- Familiarised with Pili Vesha & Dussehra
- Languages known- Kannada, Tulu, English
- If from Bangalore or Mangalore, you can apply
- Past experience as an AD in short films or ads
- Can handle hectic shoot schedule due to festival time
- Shoot date- 2 weeks of October
- Reasonable Pay
Your Tasks-
- Interviewing every character that is part of the storyline.
- Assisting the director with planning, making a pipeline on how, what and where a part of a story should take place.
- Co-ordinating with other crew members so they are in flow with the Director.
- Assisting with shaping the story in the pre-production and going through research.
