About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CSR Fundraising Manager to lead corporate fundraising initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive CSR funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, proposal development, and stakeholder management with a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term funding collaborations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCSR Fundraising
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of CSR prospects.
- Identify and approach corporates, foundations, and funding agencies.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive end-to-end proposal submissions and funding conversions.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective donors and stakeholders.
Corporate Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, corporate leaders, and foundations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Represent the organization at networking events and stakeholder forums.
- Develop long-term partnerships for recurring CSR support.
Proposal Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling CSR proposals and concept notes.
- Customize proposals based on donor priorities and CSR objectives.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals while maintaining compliance requirements.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, meetings, and conversions.
- Track fundraising progress and generate regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and partnership success.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- 5–15 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnerships, institutional fundraising, business development, or corporate relations
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
