1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Position Overview: Overalls operational, financial, and strategic leadership of the hospital.
- NABH Requirement: Leadership competency in healthcare quality management, statutory compliance, and patient safety governance.
- Education: Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management (MBA-HCM), or equivalent post-graduation.
- Experience: 12–15+ years of core healthcare management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an NABH-accredited corporate hospital.
- Key Skills: Strategic planning, financial budgeting, clinical governance, and stakeholder management.
Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
