Job Summary
This role requires a unique blend of technical electrical expertise, rigorous quality control, and the commercial acumen to support sales growth. You will be the primary link between client expectations and high-performance engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and commissioning of residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) solar projects.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central hub between the Sales and System Integration teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless handovers.
- Quality & Safety Integration: Enforce stringent quality assurance and safety standards during the installation and integration phases.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the technical lead during client meetings, effectively addressing concerns and "closing the loop" on project requirements to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
- Timeline & Budget Oversight: Manage project schedules, vendor procurement, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of PV system design, inverters, mounting structures, and grid-tie/hybrid integration.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers and assist the sales team in securing project approvals.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English. Proficiency in Malayalam is highly preferred for local coordination; Hindi is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.
