- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products and solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and product details.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cables, and other solar accessories.
- Coordinate with the purchase, stores, accounts, and delivery teams for order fulfilment.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and develop repeat business.
- Coordinate with dealers, electricians, EPC contractors, and installers.
- Maintain customer and enquiry records and update sales reports/CRM.
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated about product specifications, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
