About the Role:
We are looking for articulate, persistent, and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Legal Associate - US Process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with US attorneys, law firms, legal professionals, and institutions across the United States, gaining practical exposure to the US legal ecosystem and international legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with US attorneys, law firms, hospitals, courts, employers, agencies, and other institutions via phone and email.
- Work closely with US attorneys and legal teams to support their document and records requirements.
- Request, follow up on, and retrieve documents required by clients.
- Track each request from initiation to closure and ensure timely and accurate document handover.
- Maintain records of communications, document status, and case progress.
- Handle queries, objections, and delays professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling case-related information.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Graduate in any discipline; LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB candidates will be preferred.
- Confident on calls and comfortable communicating with US-based attorneys and professionals.
- Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and professional communication.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, MS Office, CRM, and tracking tools.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Growth:
- ₹30,000 per month during the initial 3 to 4 months probation period.
- Salary revised to ₹40,000 per month upon successful completion of probation.
- Performance-based appraisals may be provided periodically.
