Role Overview
We're looking for an HR Manager to own people operations across our outlets and central kitchen — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for kitchen, service, and support staff
- Manage monthly payroll and attendance across all units
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor law, staff documentation)
- Support performance framework rollout (KRAs, staff evaluation)
- Maintain staff records and HR documentation
- Support culture and incentive program tracking on the floor
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in HR roles, preferably in F&B, QSR, or multi-outlet retail
- Working knowledge of payroll processing and labor compliance
- Basic Excel proficiency; POS system exposure a plus
- Fluent in Hindi and English; strong communication with floor staff
- Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh/Mohali
Pay: ₹15,517.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month
