Job Summary
We are looking for a Front Office Executive Trainee to support the hospital's front-office and patient-service operations. The trainee will be responsible for assisting patients and visitors, managing registration and appointments, coordinating with hospital departments, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointments, admissions, and discharge-related front-office activities.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, doctors, timings, and procedures.
- Attend and respond to patient and visitor enquiries in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing and other departments.
- Assist patients in navigating different hospital departments and services.
- Maintain patient registration details, appointment records, and other front-office documentation.
- Support billing and insurance-related coordination as required.
- Handle patient feedback and escalate complaints or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
- Ensure the reception and front-office area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Assist in preparing daily reports and maintaining registers.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs, quality standards, and patient-safety requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Hospital Administrator.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Presentable, courteous, and professional personality.
- Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced hospital environment.
