Job Description – Food TechnologistPosition Summary
We are looking for a Food Technologist to develop and improve food products while ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting product development, process improvement, and quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve food products and formulations.
- Conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare product specifications and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement teams.
- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
