As an HR Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role within our Global HR Shared Services team, delivering accurate, compliant, and service-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with regional HR Business Partners and global stakeholders, you will ensure a seamless employee experience while supporting HR operations across the Middle East region.
- Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage the complete employee lifecycle across the Middle East region, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
- HR Documentation & Records Management: Prepare and maintain employment documents including offer letters, contract amendments, visa letters, employment certificates, exit documentation, and employee records within HR systems.
- HRBP & Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted operational partner to Regional HR Business Partners, supporting the consistent delivery of HR processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Employee Query Management: Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR-related queries, providing timely, professional, and confidential support.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate employee data is maintained and submitted. Assist with benefits administration in line with regional requirements and company policies.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business decisions and regional HR initiatives.
- Compliance & Process Excellence: Ensure HR processes are delivered in accordance with local regulations, company policies, and global standards.
- Operational Support: Assist with additional HR operational activities and projects as required by the HR Supervisor or HR Business Partner.

- HR Shared Services Experience: 3-5 years of experience within HR Operations or HR Shared Services environments.
- Middle East Expertise: Previous experience supporting HR operations across the Middle East region is essential.
- Employee Lifecycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and wider employee lifecycle processes.
- HR Documentation Expertise: Experience preparing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and managing confidential information.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and process excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong working relationships and effectively partner with employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
- Analytical Capability: Comfortable producing HR reports and interpreting data to support business decisions.
- Problem-Solving Approach: Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
