As part of our expansion, Eswar Jewellers is excited to announce the opening of our new showroom in Valapady. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead our new branch.
Job Title: Showroom Manager
Location: Valapady, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage the day-to-day showroom operations.
✔ Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
✔ Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team.
✔ Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
✔ Monitor inventory, stock movement, and showroom presentation.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
✔ Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5-10years of experience in showroom/retail management (Jewellery retail experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Sales-oriented with excellent customer relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of showroom performance.
