About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Experiential 3D Event Designer who can transform ideas into immersive brand experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of event design, spatial planning, and 3D visualization, with the ability to create innovative concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, retail activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative 3D concepts for experiential events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Create realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
Design stages, registration areas, exhibition booths, experience zones, retail activations, and event environments.
Prepare detailed production drawings, layouts, and fabrication-ready files.
Coordinate with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure design feasibility.
Understand client briefs and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
Incorporate branding, lighting, AV, materials, and fabrication techniques into designs.
Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining creativity and functionality.
Stay updated with the latest event design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of Lumion, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of event fabrication, materials, and production processes.
Excellent visualization and spatial planning skills.
Ability to create photorealistic renders.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Product Design, or a related field.
5-12 years of experience in experiential event design, exhibitions, retail design, or event production.
A strong portfolio showcasing event, exhibition, stage, and experiential design projects is mandatory.
