Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools, ensuring timely detection and response to potential threats.
- Conduct initial triage and analysis of security incidents, escalating issues as necessary.
- Investigate security breaches, identify root causes, and assist in remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and other teams to implement and enhance security controls and incident response procedures.
- Maintain incident response documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Assist in threat intelligence gathering and analysis to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and vulnerabilities to better protect client environments.
- Participate in security awareness training sessions and contribute to improving the overall security culture within the organization.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably within a SOC environment.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Basic understanding of network protocols, firewall configurations, and security principles.
- Knowledge of incident response methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
