Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our real estate team. The candidate will support business operations by analyzing market data, property performance, sales trends, and customer requirements to improve decision-making and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate market data, including property prices, sales trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on property sales, inventory, and business performance.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of CRM and property management systems.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines for real estate developments.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify business opportunities.
- Assist in forecasting sales, revenue, and market demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and project management.
- Prepare presentations and business reports for management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts, property markets, and business operations.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation concepts.
- Internship or project experience in real estate, business analysis, or market research.
