Job Summary:
Eleque Infra is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM Executive. The Client Servicing and Communication manager is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, addressing client queries, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Description: Client Servicing and Communication
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
· Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely execution.
· Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
· Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and creative teams to meet client expectations.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.
