We are looking for a highly energetic and confident sales professional with strong experience in B2B sales, banking partnerships, corporate sales, and business development. The ideal candidate should be excellent in communication, relationship building, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions, and Corporate Clients
- Generate leads and close enterprise-level deals independently
- Meet senior stakeholders including Branch Managers, Regional Heads, and senior management
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and presentations
- Lead and manage sales team performance in the assigned region
- Identify market opportunities and develop business expansion strategies
- Share weekly/monthly business reports and sales updates
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
- Experience working with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Corporate Clients
- Strong field sales and face-to-face client interaction experience
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and confident personality
- Highly talkative in a positive way, persuasive, and strong relationship builder
- Strong negotiation and deal closure skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level stakeholders
