Job Summary
DNA Goa is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Sales Executives. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, driving team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of back-office team in sales activities
- Monitor daily field activities, lead generation, and customer visits by the team
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team
- Train and mentor new and existing sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Review daily activity reports and provide performance feedback
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to improve sales performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- 2–3 years of experience in sales (ISP experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and convincing abilities
- knowledge of MS Office
