We are looking for a Service Engineer ( production printers) for Pune location in our company and find the JD below
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installation and setup of printing machine/equipment at customer sites. This includes ensuring proper configuration, calibration, and connectivity of the equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of printing machines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of printing equipment.
- They address customer queries, provide training on equipment usage, and offer solutions to technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment history, repairs, and maintenance performed. They generate reports on service calls, equipment status, and recommendations for improvements.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure printing equipment meets industry standards and specifications. They may conduct tests, measurements, and calibration to verify accuracy and consistency of printed output.
- They promote a safe working environment for themselves and customers while handling and servicing printing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to provide seamless customer service. They communicate effectively to relay customer feedback, equipment issues, and improvement suggestions.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Technical Qualification: Diploma or BE/B.Tech (ECE/EEE/Instrumentation)
- Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in production printing machine /Service field.
- Salary: negotiable
- Location:Pune
- Date of Joining: Immediately or with in One Month time.
