About the Role
L’empire Builders & Interiors is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities at residential construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and subcontractors, monitoring construction progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed according to drawings and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at residential project sites.
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of civil, masonry, plastering, concrete, tiling and other construction works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, architects and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily progress and report updates to the management.
- Ensure proper execution of work according to project timelines.
- Check materials delivered to the site and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure workers follow proper safety practices at the site.
- Maintain daily site records, work updates and material requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors whenever required.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor manpower requirements based on project progress.
- Ensure the site is maintained in an organized and safe condition.
- Assist the Site Engineer in measurements, inspections and work coordination.
- Immediately report delays, quality issues, material shortages or other site-related problems to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in residential construction is preferred.
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant construction-related qualification.
- Good knowledge of residential construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of masonry, plastering, concrete, tiling, flooring and finishing works.
- Strong manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities efficiently.
- Strong attention to quality and workmanship.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage site-level challenges.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in independent houses, villas, premium residential projects and interior finishing workswill be preferred.
