We are hiring a Merchant Success Associate for a confidential restaurant technology project focused on improving the dine-in experience.
The role involves visiting restaurants, onboarding restaurant owners onto the platform, training restaurant staff, building long-term relationships, and ensuring restaurants successfully adopt the platform.
This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to restaurants within Satya Niketan.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants across Satya Niketan.
- Meet restaurant owners and managers.
- Demonstrate the platform.
- Explain product benefits.
- Convince restaurants to join.
- Complete merchant onboarding.
- Coordinate restaurant setup.
- Train owners and counter staff.
- Support restaurants after onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with merchants.
- Collect merchant feedback.
- Ensure restaurants actively use the platform.
- Coordinate with the Operations Associate during deployment.
Requirements
