Role
The candidate will be responsible for do robot teaching & programming as per customer requirement. Perseverance to stay on site as well in company to prove functionality of project.
Key Responsibilities
- On given timeline complete robot teaching & programming
- To resolve & support junior robot programmer questions regarding robot programming in company as well as on site
- Self & external training arrangement to skill up-grade of member
- Escalations from the cross functional teams & work
- Adopted the new technology defined to be incorporated in defined time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic with Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience preferably work in an Automation environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Handson on robot teaching & programming preferable work on plc like Yaskawa, Panasonic, ABB , Kuka
- Knowledge of parameter require for welding improvement
- Ability to resolve error occurred during integration of robot with plc & weld source
- Awareness of calibration procedure require for force ,current ,load in spot application
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
