Job Description: Financial Literacy EducatorPosition Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Financial Literacy Educator to help individuals develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to make informed financial decisions. The educator will design and deliver engaging learning programs covering personal finance, budgeting, saving, investing, credit, debt management, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver financial literacy workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Teach practical concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, insurance, credit, taxes, and debt management.
- Create engaging educational materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups, educational backgrounds, and financial needs.
- Help learners develop practical financial goals and responsible money-management habits.
- Use real-life examples, case studies, and interactive activities to improve learning outcomes.
- Assess participants’ understanding and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on personal finance trends, financial products, regulations, and consumer-protection practices.
- Collaborate with schools, colleges, employers, NGOs, community organizations, or financial institutions to deliver programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Education, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of personal finance and financial planning concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial topics in simple, practical language.
- Experience in teaching, training, counseling, financial education, or community outreach is preferred.
- Strong organizational and classroom-management skills.
- Proficiency with presentation and digital learning tools.
Preferred Skills
- Financial planning or financial education certification.
- Experience working with students, young adults, working professionals, or underserved communities.
- Knowledge of digital financial tools and online learning platforms.
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, and public-speaking abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
