We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive / Showroom Sales Associate who is passionate about sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, maintain showroom presentation, and help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
- Explain jewellery designs, gold/diamond purity, pricing, and making charges
- Assist customers with product selection and billing
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely
- Support inventory checking and stock management
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Experience in jewellery or retail sales is an advantage
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

- 1–3 years of jewellery or retail sales experience preferred
