About the Role
Angroos is looking for a smart, creative, and sales-oriented Digital Marketing & Customer Handling Executive who can manage online promotions, improve sales performance, handle customer enquiries, and support the day-to-day growth of our online business platforms.
The candidate should be active on social media, confident in communication, skilled in customer interaction, and capable of managing multiple online sales channels efficiently while avoiding unnecessary marketing expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze all online earning sources and digital sales platforms
- Handle paid promotions and advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Amazon, and other platforms
- Monitor ad performance and reduce unnecessary marketing expenses
- Manage website updates, product uploads, banners, and basic website maintenance
- Handle Amazon marketplace operations and online sales activities
- Create posters, creatives, reels, and promotional content using AI tools and design platforms
- Support basic SEO activities for website and product visibility
- Manage customer enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and other online platforms
- Convert enquiries into successful sales through calls and chat support
- Maintain professional customer communication and follow-up processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, delivery status, and customer requirements
- Analyze online trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities
- Help improve online reach, engagement, and sales performance daily
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions
- Experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, or Amazon promotions is preferred
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Good sales and enquiry conversion skills
- Confident in phone communication and online chatting
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Knowledge of Canva, AI design tools, ChatGPT, or other creative tools
- Ability to create attractive marketing posters and promotional content
- Smart decision-making skills to avoid unnecessary advertising costs
- Good understanding of online shopping platforms and e-commerce sales
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
