Treasury Analyst (Treasury Operations)

Role Summary
The Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company’s global treasury operations by ensuring accurate cash visibility, disciplined execution of payments, and strong financial controls.
This role is responsible for daily liquidity management, payment execution, bank administration, and cash forecasting support, forming the operational backbone of the treasury function. The position enables reliable financial decision-making and supports the organization’s broader objectives around liquidity management, risk mitigation, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Cash & Liquidity Management

Prepare and maintain daily cash position across all bank accounts

Monitor cash balances, movements, and liquidity levels

Execute intercompany transfers and funding activities

Investigate and resolve cash variances
Payments Execution & Controls
-
Execute domestic and cross-border payments (wires, ACH, etc.)
-
Ensure adherence to payment controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties
-
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transactions

Support fraud prevention and audit readiness
Reconciliation & Data Integrity

Perform bank reconciliations between bank statements and internal records

Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies

Ensure completeness, integrity, and accuracy of treasury data
Cash Forecasting Support

Compile inputs from AP, AR, Payroll, and FP&A

Maintain and update cash forecasting data and models
-
Track and analyze variance vs. forecast
-
Support improvements in forecast accuracy
Reporting & KPI Production

Produce daily and weekly liquidity reports
-
Support treasury reporting packages and KPI tracking
-
Provide reliable, timely data to support liquidity decisions
Bank Account & Treasury Administration

Maintain bank accounts, signatories, and access controls

Manage banking platforms and user permissions

Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
-
Support bank relationship coordination
Debt & Treasury Support

Execute interest payments and support debt-related transactions

Assist with debt tracking, schedules, and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
-
2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting
-
Experience in cash management, payments, or reconciliations preferred
Technical Skills
-
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) – required

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday)

Familiarity with banking platforms and payment systems

Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) (e.g., Kyriba, FIS) – nice to have

Experience with data/reporting tools
