We are looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Labourers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in manufacturing operations, handle materials, and ensure smooth workflow while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate basic machinery and tools as per instructions
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Assist in assembly, packing, and labeling of products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Perform routine checks to ensure product quality
- Support supervisors and team members in daily tasks
- Report any faults, damages, or safety concerns immediately
Requirements:
- Basic education (10th/12th preferred)
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Prior factory or labour experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
